Where we transfer personal data outside Singapore, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that the recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to that required under the PDPA, including through contractual safeguards or other legally recognised means. When personal data is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes, we will cease to retain it, or anonymise it so that it can no longer be associated with any individual. The PDPA’s retention obligation requires organisations to stop retaining personal data when it is no longer needed for legal or business purposes.

16. Children

Our Services are generally intended for adults and professional audiences interested in business, investment, and lifestyle content. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children in a manner that would require additional compliance steps under applicable law. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will review the matter.
